a stunning patterned gate window die, this kit offers a glimpse into the wonders of nature and
beyond. The Rub-on Transfers and 3 ink cubes, complete this serene and elegant Classic kit.
My card features the March 2024 Classic Kit which includes all the elements seen here.
The Premium Kit includes additional elements to extend the potential for more cards and projects - even more Creativity in the Box!
I loved creating my card....it reminded me of my travels to Japan.
1. I started by stamping the solid mountain stamp on an A2 Dove White Cardstock with Granite Core ink. I then stamped the outline stamp lining it up against the solid image with Charcoal Core Ink.
(Tip: Using a stamp platform of your choice helps to line up these stamps for better ink coverage)
2. Next I Stamped the water image with Deep Ocean Core ink.
3. At the bottom of the panel I stamped the foliage image with Green Hills Core ink.
4. The bamboo image was stamped with Fresh Lawn and Field Greens Core Ink.
5. The boat image was stamped with Black Inten-sified Ink.
6. The sun and shadow images were stamped with Tangerine Core Ink.
7. The ducks, dragonfly and crane bird were stamped with Paradise, Dusty Blue and Periwinkle Core Inks on a separate piece of Dove white Cardstock and cut using the coordinating dies.
8. The sentiment was stamped onto Pitch Black Cardstock using Clear Embossing and Watermark Ink, applied with White Embossing Powder and heat set. Cut with the Coordinating die.
Along with the release of the kits, there are some stand alone products which can be used with the kits or on their own. A list of the March Stand Alone Products can be found here.
I'm featuring the Cherry Blossom Cover Plate.
1. I die cut the Cherry Blossom Cover Plate from Dove White Cardstock.
2. Colored the flowers and branches with copic markers.
3. The border around the cover plate was also colored with a copic marker.
4. On an A2 panel of Shamrock Cardstock, stamp the Origami Paper Bold Prints red rubber stamp with Clear Embossing Ink.
5. Adhere the Cover Plate to the Shamrock panel using Precision glue.
Thank you for stopping by and have fun hopping!
