Welcome to the June release, where we are bringing the boldness of urban textures in the signature Hero Arts style and quality!
Explore the beauty of painted decorative tiles, the intricacy of garden gates, and the dynamic silhouette of power lines with this month's release.
1. Stamp first layer of clouds from the stamp set included in the kit with Stone Wash Core Ink on an A2 sized panel of Dove White Cardstock
2. Stamp second layer of clouds with Amethyst, Dusty Blue and Soft Blossom Core Inks.
3. Using a small blending brush I inked the city stencil included in the kit with Granite Core Ink. I then used Unicorn White Ink on the second stencil to highlight the 'windows'.
4. Stamp the bird images with Black Intensified Ink on a piece of Dove White Cardstock, cut with the coordinating die.
5. Stamp the sentiment on Pitch Black Cardstock with Clear Embossing Ink, apply White Embossing Powder and heat set. Cut with coordinating die.
6. Adhere the birds with foam tape and sequins as desired.
Along with the release of the kit and new subscription options, there are some extra products which can be found here.
I'm using the Decorative Tiles Clear set.
1. I started with an A2 panel of Dove White Cardstock and placed it in my misti.
2. I lined up the tile images on the door of my misti.
3. I used Cherry, Deep Ocean, Green Hills, Ultra Pink, Tangerine, Butter Bar Core Ink to stamp the images by randomly inking each image with 3 of the ink colors. (I did this by inking directly from the stamp pad onto the tile image).
3. I then cut each of the tiles with the correct size of the Square Infinity Dies.
4. The sentiment was stamped on Pitch Black Cardstock with Clear Embossing Ink, applied with White Embossing Powder and heat set. Then cut with the coordinating die.
5. Adhered the tile die cuts on Ultra Pink Cardstock using Precision Glue. I then adhered the sentiment.
6. My card design was created by adhering the tiles that was most pleasing to my eyes.
Thank you for stopping by and have fun hopping!
